We’re not your average escrow company. With over 30 years of industry expertise, we built Surety Escrow with a passion for seamless transactions, experienced insight, and dedicated customer service.
Licette Woods started in the industry in 2001 at South Coast Title as an assistant to a busy national refinance desk. Within four years, she was promoted to escrow officer and has managed an extremely busy unit ever since. Throughout the years, she’s handled many different types of escrow transactions including residential purchases, residential and commercial refinances, reverse mortgages, and 1031 exchanges. Excellent customer service skills and intense attention to detail have helped her maintain a large client base who she has a wonderful relationship with and is so thankful for.
